Returns/ Refunds and shipping

All sales are final. NO returns NO REFUNDS. If you item arrives damaged you will have to file with the shipping company. Also, if a package is delayed in arriving after I shipped it then it is out of my hands. I will not refund for slow packages as I have nothing to do with the shipping carriers.
I work full time as a police officer outside of this so please allow 3-15 business days for shipping even when you choose 'priority mail' thank you
Orders that have a mix of PRE ORDER items and regular in stock items will not ship until the PRE ORDER items are in stock. If you want them to ship separately email me because shipping will have to be charged for two separate shipments.
